Our client is a top tier strategy house located in Greater China. They were seeking to hire a trilingual (English/Chinese/German) Principal/partner level person with the appropriate skills and experience help them develop their offering in the region.
After referring to our market map of the region and cross referencing this with our knowledge base, we embarked on programme of targeted head hunting and active referrals and managed to shortlist 2 extremely talented individuals. One of whom accepted an offer with the help of our assisted negotiations service and all within a 2 month window, which is very quick work by our APAC Strategy team.
