Our Client was in search of a Supply Chain Management Consultant with deep knowledge across People and Processes. The End user, a portfolio of Clients with the Grocery space was undergoing large-scale transformations of movement, storage and shop floor activities. It was imperative that the best candidate was shortlisted and interviewed as soon as possible.
Using his existing network of subject matter experts, he was able to present the best candidates within this domain. Candidates were shortlisted by our Senior Consultant and interviewed for Final Assessments.
Following successful interviews, our Client was able to make an Offer within 24 hours of the Final Interview. The candidate accepted the Position and we began negotiations with his current employer for an early release. This mandate was completed within 6 weeks from formal instruction to Acceptance.
