Our Client requested a Credit and Market Risk Specialist for their Client – a Tier 1 American Bank. Our Client outlined a number of pre-requisites such as the ideal Candidate must have experience of large scale Transformation experience, Agile Methodology and Risk Management.
We mapped out the market and strategically sourced a number of candidates suitable for the role. Our Senior Consultant shortlisted three candidates for the Role and liaised with our Client to organise a comprehensive one stage Assessment Centre including Psychometric Testing.
Our Senior Completed this process from start to finish in 3 weeks.
