This blue chip consulting firm focuses on corporate finance advising multinational clients on variety of multimillion to multibillion transactions ranging from mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to equity offerings. In-depth knowledge of financial and valuation modelling to develop analysis across multiple industries.
The German practice were growing their presence significantly and need a senior manager who specialised in Competitive Analysis, Financial Analysis, Valuation, Financing, Mergers and Acquisitions particularly within the TMT space. We had to think out of the box avoiding the usual suspects regarding competitors. We eventually pinpointed an exceptional individual who realised the opportunity to make a high level impact within the practice.
