Consulting Point was requested to find a Senior Analyst for our client’s Digital center and helping to continuously build and provide expertise for client studies and client development and build Industry knowledge. Due to the specific needs of the experience and expertise from our client. We have mapped out the whole market and realize that it’s a relatively small pond of the suitable targets. Our team has engaged and shortlisted 4 high level potential candidates. Our clients were impressed to meet all of them. After 3-4 weeks of interviews, our client was happy to offer one of them. Although, the candidate wasn’t a perfect match of what the client was initial looking for but the client has seen some other skill sets from the candidate that could benefit their business for long term purposes.
