A Tier 1 Management Consulting firm was looking to expand their market leading People & Change consulting team with additional talent at Senior Consultant grade. This practice gets involved in traditional people & change consulting across Change Strategy, Behavioural Change, Change Enablement, Change Tracking, Cultural Change, Benefits Realisation and other related areas.

 Consulting Point have a very strong network of Management Consulting professionals in UK with deep People & Change consulting experience and successfully identified an exceptional talent from a competitor consulting firm. The selected candidate had extensive experience of Change Management, Communications Strategy, Benefits Realisation, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Agile & Waterfall and had a range of certifications including SAFe Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master and Prince2. He had worked across a number of industry sectors including Telecommunications, Retail, Healthcare, Utilities & Government and also had SC Security Clearance.

 The candidate progressed quickly through a 3 stage virtual interview process and was identified as a high performer throughout each session. An offer was made quickly after the final interview which was accepted immediately after negotiation from Consulting Point.
