Our client needed an experienced Life Sciences Consulting professional at Senior Manager grade to complement their existing team and to get involved in leading client engagements as well as driving forward business development activities. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals and MedTech / BioTech sectors with functional expertise across any of their existing services lines including Digital, Customer Experience, Operational Improvement, Business Change, Technology and Data & Analytics.
Consulting Point have a very strong network within the Life Sciences consulting sector with a diverse array of candidates in UK, Switzerland, Germany, Nordics, North America and other regions. We quickly identified an exceptional talent who is an experienced Life Sciences consulting professional who has a range of skills across clinical trial design & strategy, market access, digital health, regulatory strategy, commercial & sales strategy and operational delivery. The successful candidate had worked with a number of Tier 1 Pharmaceuticals, MedTech and Biopharma giants in UK and across Europe and has a vast network of C-suite level contacts in the industry. She has spent the last 3 years working a major Management Consulting firm in their Life Sciences consulting practice where they were a highflyer in the team and played a key role in business development securing multiple new engagements generating significant revenue. This individual comes from a strong academic background and holds Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees relating to Life Sciences & Pharmaceuticals as well as an MBA from a top business school.
The candidate moved quickly through the three stage interview process impressing the senior leadership team with an excellent business case & presentation. After a short negotiation the candidate was delighted to accept the offer and is very much looking forward to join the client in the forthcoming weeks.
