A long-standing relationship between Consulting Point and a well-known and highly prestigious strategy firm focusing on creating strong impact in the market in operational matters. Our client were looking to recruit an experienced Manager with solid experience in operations, aligned to the aerospace and defence sector.
After extensive search and liaison with individuals in the market, we identified an individual with core expertise across performance improvement, supply chain, manufacturing and lean topics, who was missing at his role a more strategic and hands on approach, which is the proposal our client could offer.
Over the course of 12 weeks our client went through several interviews to assess a potential fit with the individual we introduced, all these conversations were fruitful and led to a successful outcome, the firm was impressed and made an attractive offer, which the interviewee was very happy with, looking forward to their collaboration in the New Year
