The client was looking for a senior partner/managing director level individual who possessed an intricate understanding of the Energy Transition market, a strong client network and the ambition to lead a practice that is still in its early stages.
Consulting Point leveraged our extensive Energy candidate network in the United States to promptly present a comprehensive short-list for review. After a thorough and multi-staged interview process, the candidate was offered a competitive salary and lucrative total package.
