Consulting Point, in partnership with a renowned strategy firm specializing in impactful market strategies, facilitated the recruitment process for our client. They sought an experienced Senior Consultant well-versed in Digital Transformation in the Automotive sector. After an extensive search and market engagement, we identified a candidate with expertise in IT and Tech transformation, IT Strategy and Operational Transformation. This candidate was looking to develop his strategic approach and was looking for more responsibilities which our client was keen to fulfil.
Over 12 weeks, our client conducted multiple interviews with the candidate, evaluating their fit for the role. These discussions proved productive, followed by a successful result. Impressed by the candidate's qualifications, our client extended an attractive offer, which was enthusiastically accepted. The candidate eagerly anticipates their collaboration in the upcoming year.
