Context
A global advisory firm in the Middle East was continuing to invest in its restructuring and special situations offering as client demand across the region remained strong. Increased activity in complex restructurings and financially stressed situations created the need to add senior delivery capacity in Dubai to support ongoing and anticipated mandates.
Challenge
The firm required a Manager with solid restructuring and financial advisory experience, capable of handling complex analysis and exercising sound judgement. The role also demanded the confidence and maturity to work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute effectively within a growing regional team.
