Strategy houses with credible turnaround platforms are competing aggressively for analytically strong consultants who can operate at pace in high-stakes environments.
Challenge
A tier one strategy consultancy was looking to strengthen its Restructuring and Turnaround capability in the DACH region, with a particular focus on its Vienna office. The team required a high calibre Consultant who could combine strong financial acumen with hands-on restructuring experience and the ability to operate effectively in complex, pressured environments.
Solution
We identified and presented a Senior Consultant with a strong strategy consulting background and direct exposure to restructuring and turnaround engagements across industrial and automotive sectors. The candidate brought robust financial modelling skills, experience supporting liquidity management and turnaround programmes, and a proven ability to work closely with senior stakeholders. Throughout the process, we worked closely with both client and candidate to ensure alignment on role scope, expectations and long-term development within the practice.
