Context
A leading US strategy consultancy was looking to strengthen its Private Equity advisory offering. The focus was on building depth in commercial due diligence and value creation, with senior capability that could operate confidently with fund partners and portfolio company leadership in the wealth management vertical
Challenge
The firm needed a senior hire with strong buy-side and sell-side experience, able to lead complex CDD work and help scale delivery across wealth management-related themes. Credibility with investors was critical, as was the ability to contribute to long-term practice growth.
Solution
Consulting Point introduced a senior executive with expertise advising executives and private equity investors on M&A and growth strategy. Their specific sector focus included wealth management, investment management, banking and capital markets.
