Consulting firms are supporting clients through transformation programmes spanning warehousing, transport optimisation, inventory management and technology-enabled supply chain platforms.
Challenge
A leading global consulting firm required an experienced Manager within its Supply Chain & Logistics practice to support operational transformation programmes across retail, consumer products and industrial sectors. The role required strong consulting experience, deep expertise in warehouse and transport optimisation, and exposure to supply chain technology platforms including ERP, WMS and TMS systems.
Solution
