Context

Challenge
Our client, the largest plastics manufacturer globally, required an AX Manager to take full ownership of its Microsoft Dynamics AX landscape across the Netherlands. The business needed a hands-on leader capable of stabilising the system, improving integration across finance and supply chain, and managing both internal stakeholders and external vendors. Given the operational dependency on AX, the hire needed to combine deep technical expertise with manufacturing experience and strong leadership capability.
