One of our key German clients was looking to expand their Supply Chain and Procurement practice at a level that they had traditionally struggled to find people for, Senior Manager. After going our to our substantial DACH network we found several highly suited candidates who were open to having initial conversations with our client. This led to one of the candidates being keenly prioritised by the client and fast-tracked through their process, including a psychometric assessment.
Upon completion of the process the client was in a position where they had decided to offer this candidate, due to our close existing relationship with this client we were able to accurately advise them on the candidates desired salary and negotiate the right amount on behalf of the candidate. Both the client and candidate were happy with the agreed package and we were able to secure the candidate’s acceptance without any back and forth negotiations.
