Global strategy consultancy L.E.K. Consulting has opened an office in Atlanta. The office, led by L.E.K. Managing Director Noor Abdel-Samed, will help the firm better serve its clients in the fast-growing Southeast market.  

The new office is located near academic institutions like Emory and Georgia Tech in the heart of Midtown Atlanta at 1201 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 1950.

Noor Abdel-Samed, a long-time Atlanta resident, is the perfect leader to head the office and tap into an exciting talent pool,” said Manny Picciola, Head of L.E.K. Consulting’s Americas region.

L.E.K. works across a number of sectors and practice areas, and the Atlanta office will offer deep industry experience in healthcare services, medical technology, consumer products, food and beverage, retail, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, building products and materials, energy and environment, industrials, media and entertainment, private equity, technology and travel and transport.

“I’m truly pleased to be returning to Atlanta as the office head for L.E.K. Having a larger presence in the Southeast will allow us to better partner with our highly-valued clients in the area and to enhance our service offerings,” said Abdel-Samed. 

Abdel-Samed leads Consumer Healthcare and has led clients through dozens of market-facing and organization-changing initiatives in his career. Prior to joining L.E.K., he held digital and retail leadership roles at CVS Health and BJ’s Wholesale Club. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Juris Doctor from Emory University in Atlanta.

The Atlanta office works as part of an integrated system with other L.E.K. offices in the U.S., including Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco as well as the Sāo Paulo, Brazil office and others around the world.
