Every year we look back at the gender breakdown on the successful introductions we've made around the globe and compare it to previous years and other market sectors outside of management consulting.
Here is the data the current data and we are pleased to announce that for the 4th year running, the gender gap is closing in consulting. Our forward thinking client's initiatives (and hopefully, to some extent, the diversity programmes that we run for them) are producing positive results. These firms are now benefiting from all the positive of having a more diverse workforce.
