Having established a strong relationship with a boutique Life Sciences firm, Consulting Point were tasked with finding a senior profile with strong expertise in the pharmaceuticals sector. The Client asked for an individual with over ten years of Consulting Experience who was able to lead teams, advise senior stakeholders and bring in new business for the firm.
While Consulting Point have a large network in this area, the specific requirements of the role meant that we had to establish a longlist before refining it down to a select number of individuals. Once this shortlist was established, the candidates were introduced to the client and from the first interview this candidate was the standout. With a strong background in business development and a tailored leadership style, it became clear that he was a very strong fit for the role. After several rounds of interviews, the client was very eager to extend a competitive offer in order to secure the candidate.
Upon presenting the offer, the candidate was very pleased with the opportunity to join an ambitious and uniquely places boutiques consultancy. He agreed that the compensation was very competitive and after a short time contemplating, he accepted. Having kept in contact with both parties, it is apparent both eagerly await his start date early in the new year.
