Consulting Point have forged a very strong relationship with a boutique Financial Services consultancy who wished to expand their existing Wealth and Asset Management team. Specifically, they where looking for a Senior Consultant who had a strong level of expertise in customer advisory and was able to communicate efficiently with senior stakeholders.
Consulting Point have a strong talent pool in the Financial Services sector and as a result we where quickly able to establish a longlist of suitable candidates. Immediately, this particular candidate stood out for his positive and driven mindset alongside his personable nature and considerable knowledge of the topic. He had a strong academic background and had joined one of the Big Four as a graduate while quickly rising to the Senior Consultant grade. Following a three stage interview process, the client was happy to extend an offer to this candidate owing to their strong commitment to the process as well as his desirable skillset.
When the offer was presented to the candidate, he was audibly pleased and after a short period of contemplation, he accepted the offer. Having had numerous conversations following the acceptance, it is apparent that he is very excited about the prospect of joining this organisation in the New Year. Both parties where very pleased with both the swiftness of the process and the outcome.
