Challenge
A high-growth FinTech SaaS firm required a Chief Technology Officer to lead technology strategy and scale its product engineering function. The business needed a leader capable of modernising a .NET-based architecture, strengthening DevOps and cloud capability across Azure and AWS, and building high-performing global teams.
