Context
SAP S/4HANA transformation remains active as organisations continue to modernise core platforms, improve delivery governance and reduce implementation risk across complex change programmes. This is sustaining demand for delivery talent that can coordinate technical and business workstreams across the full implementation lifecycle.
Challenge
The mandate required an SAP Advisory practitioner with expertise in Project Management & Assurance. The brief called for someone able to manage planning, stakeholder coordination and programme governance while supporting implementation phases from discovery through to testing, cutover and go-live. Profiles with current SAP S/4HANA delivery exposure and the breadth to bridge PMO, build, test and deployment responsibilities were limited.
Solution
Consulting Point focused on a passive delivery profile with current SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Private Cloud transformation experience. The individual had worked across finance, manufacturing and software-led environments, with evidence of delivery involvement spanning fit-to-standard workshops, system build, integration testing, UAT, training, cutover, hypercare and continuous improvement. We assessed practical delivery capability, stakeholder management and project control depth beyond the CV, then managed a structured process through to offer stage.
Outcome
