Challenge
Our client needed a Senior Consultant to strengthen their Energy Transition and Infrastructure practice. They were looking for someone with real depth – hands-on experience in decarbonisation, hydrogen, and renewables, and a track record of delivering complex projects across multiple regions. Beyond technical skills, they wanted someone who could quickly build credibility with senior stakeholders and step into a future leadership role.
Solution
We focused on finding one exceptional candidate rather than presenting a long list. We introduced someone with deep expertise in national energy strategies, large-scale decarbonisation initiatives, and major infrastructure investments.
