A London based infrastructure client needed an Engagement Manager who could lead from day one. They wanted someone with real experience across energy, utilities and large-scale transformation, not just strategy on paper. The brief was simple: credible with senior stakeholders, strong on operating model and digital change, and comfortable delivering in asset heavy environments.
