Challenge
A long standing client in the infrastructure and capital projects sector needed a Director with solid experience across transport, energy and major projects. The role required someone credible with both public and private sector stakeholders who could contribute immediately and support the growth of their UK advisory capability.
Solution
We reviewed our network across leading consultancies and developed a focused shortlist. One individual, a former MBB Associate Partner with a background in infrastructure strategy and major programme delivery, was a clear match. After a year working independently, the timing aligned well and the opportunity suited their plans.
